This full-time position demands your expertise in our office Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing the ideal framework for you to apply your financial acumen and strategic vision.

YOUR ROLE

In the role of Controller - Accountant, your responsibilities are diverse and impactful. You will spearhead the design and implementation of standardized accounting procedures, optimizing workflows for accurate financial data entry and processing. Establishing robust financial controls and overseeing account reconciliations will be integral to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial transactions. Your day will extend to evaluating, implementing, and optimizing accounting software systems, with a keen focus on training staff for seamless software utilization. As the maestro of month-end and year-end closing processes, you will review financial statements, integrating budgetary controls, and preparing the organization for internal and external audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller
• Proficiency in ADP payroll service
• Mastery of QuickBooks
• Ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize accounting software systems
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
